HOME CARE REGISTERED NURSE
Prince Albert Grand Council (PAGC) is actively seeking to recruit permanent 0.5 Home Care Registered Nurse for PAGC Health & Social Development Department.

Qualifications

• Registered with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS).
• Have at least 5 or more years in an acute care setting; previous home care nursing experience in First Nations community preferred.
• Maintain valid SK Driver’s license.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Able to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
• Strong physical assessment skills

Assets

• Knowledge of Indigenous language and culture
• Previous home care nursing experience
• Knowledge or awareness of First Nations community health programs and treatment services
